01 Sign-up & 360 Photo Shoot
- Pre-production - Once you sign-up for one of our plans, we will then schedule a photo shoot with one of our 360 tour photographers. Based on dates & availability.
- Production - Make sure your property is ready for its big day. For best photos all lights be in working order as we can not bring in lighting for a 360 photo.
- Places...Lights, Camera, & Action! - We shoot your property with our 360 degree cameras and gather your property details for the virtual tour hotspots.
02 We Build Your 360 Tour
- Our creative team gathers all of the 360 degree photos our photographer has produced onsite at your property and we assemble them into your virtual tour within our viewing platform.
- We brand your tour with your brand using your logo and contact information.
- We add hotspot links to each of the rooms within the property for easy navigation around your property.
- We provide you with your draft for approval.
- Make final tweaks and launch your tour!
03 We Host Your Virtual Tour
- We host your virtual tour in our cloud based system for a period of 1 year from the time of launch. After that period, you may add additional hosting time or have us remove the tour should the property sell.
- We provide you with website embed codes and share links so you can add this to MLS listings or your website(s).
- We grab leads and send them to you from the tour.
- We keep your contact information updated in your tour should you need to add on a new agent or sales person to a listing.
04 We Host Virtual Meetings
- If you have choose the Unlimited Tours 360HousePicsLIVE Plan, we will demonstrate the live virtual tour live video conferencing tool with you that will be built into your tour.
